Volunteers and donors make it possible for ABET to present the kind of quality theatre you’ve come to expect from us. Below are ways you can support ABET and become part of our community of folks who are committed to having live theatre at the beach.

We still have ongoing monthly expenses. If you are able to make a donation to help us offset those costs, and ensure ABET survives, we ask that you do so and are grateful for the help.
ABET is a 501c3 non-profit, tax-exempt organization. Donations are tax deductible.

BUY YOUR TICKETS EARLY
The easiest way you can help ABET is to purchase your tickets as soon as possible rather than waiting until right before the performance. This helps us to better plan marketing resources and allows us time to add additional performances if needed.

VOLUNTEER
Join our facebook group for volunteers or email LeeHambyABET@gmail.com and ask to be added to our volunteer list. Either way, you’ll be notified as opportunities come up. Whether it’s taking tickets at the door, manning the refreshment table, helping paint a set, or lending a prop, our volunteer group or mailing list is the best way to find out how you can help!

Lighting | Design lighting and/or run light board
Sound | Design sound and/or operate sound board
Sound Effects | Help gather and/or run
Set Crew | Help with set construction, decorating, and painting
Props | Gather needed items
Costumes | Obtain and/or produce clothing; help dress and accessorize
Stage Manager | Assist the director during rehearsals and “run” the show during performances.
